Follow the building progress of my Mountfield dolls house from the Dolls House Emporium.


This is my second dolls house; the first one was built from a cheap kit bought from Ebay and completed about eight years ago. Although my friends enjoyed poking their noses in through the windows to see what was inside, I just had a feeling I could do an awful lot better.


This is house number two; my attempt at improving upon house number one. I hope you enjoy it.

It's arrived!


I arrived home from work to find that the courier had been and delivered my two boxes of Mountfield kit.  I only ordered my new dolls house two days before and I feel so excited.
Within a couple of hours I had the dry build up and spent hours looking over it all, deciding what to put where etc (although, it changes each time I look at it, or get some inspiration!)

As I said in a later post, I have always loved this kit and now I see how many rooms it has and it's great layout, I love it even more.
